As market leaders in a fast-growing industry, we model and promote transparency, ethics and environmental responsibility in our supply chain. From building our machines to knowing the origins of the coffee beans and tea leaves that go into them, we champion sustainable practice at every level.

Sustainably Sourced Coffee & Tea
Our partner brands echo our sustainable philosophy. They strive to make a positive impact on the farming communities who supply the tea and coffee that stock our machines. From Lavazza’s 15 year collaboration with Save The Children to Yorkshire Tea’s Ethical Tea Partnership, we are proud and humbled by the commitment our brands make to both people and planet.

Energy Efficient Machines
Our machines are engineered to consume the least amount of energy possible. They have advanced energy saving modes and are designed to stand the test of time.

Recycling & Waste
Our paper cups are 100% recyclable. However, as with all hot drink cups, these require a collection service to fully enable their recycling. That’s why we are working with a specialist waste organisation to push this process forward and divert resources from landfill. At the same time we are actively investigating alternatives like biodegradable and compostable cups made from plant based materials.

Re-usable Cups
We strongly encourage our customers to consider re-usable cups for their business. 160million tonnes of single-use plastic is produced then thrown away each year* and, as awareness of plastic pollution increases, sales of re-usable coffee cups are soaring. If you would like to stock re-usable cups, please get in touch, we’d be delighted to discuss this important issue with you. Learn more about our re-usable cups page.
