End To End Installation

Our team of experienced Operations Specialists are to hand to ensure installation is as straight forward as possible. They cover everything from pre-installation site checks to placing any promotional materials in-store and everything in between.

Staff Training

At the time of installation our team will provide comprehensive in-store training to your staff. Staff members will be shown how to clean and maintain the machine. In addition to this each site will receive a detailed operations manual with a handy contact sheet to ensure your staff are fully equipped to deal with any problems that may arise.

Brand Guardian

Following a successful installation your site will be assigned a brand guardian. The brand guardian will conduct frequent visits to your store to ensure your brand is working hard for you. With quick tips on how to increase footfall to the machine and improve sales the brand guardian proves a valuable asset to any Coffee2Go provider.

On-Going Support

Once your Coffee2Go offering is up and running we continue or quest in helping you. Your account manager will work closely with you to evaluate your sales performance, ensuring you get the most out of your machine. In addition to this we can provide on-going promotional support such as in-store sampling, regional offers and more.
