In true eXpresso PLUS style we’ve listened to customer demand and launched a fresh milk coffee to go machine that’s available on a revenue share model with the leading Italian coffee brand Lavazza.
First of its kind
For the first time, your customers can enjoy all of the unique Lavazza recipes with the special taste of fresh milk. This has got to be our most favourite feature of this supreme coffee machine. We’ve been working on the development of a fresh milk coffee to go machine for a while now, so when Lavazza shared their enthusiasm to create a whole new concept, we were over the moon. And for the coffee machine itself, we’ve partnered with Franke. A Swiss coffee machine innovator with over 100 years’ experience. So, your customers are sure to have an elite coffee to go experience.
A machine with a difference
Unlike other drinks to go machines, the Lavazza Fresh Milk coffee solution is available through a profit share model. Rather than leasing or buying the machine and ingredients, everything is provided free of charge meaning there is no upfront capital investment. Customers also get to keep a large portion of the profit- up to 50%- making this an attractive financial investment for retailers that want to introduce a new revenue stream.
Ingredients to a successful cup
Sometimes as a consumer we get caught up in the quality of the bean and forget about the importance of the other two key ingredients; water and milk.
As Brita suggest, water is more than just H2O. It contains a variety of minerals and other dissolved solids that vary greatly from region to region and although invisible to the naked eye, these have a major impact on the taste, consistency and appearance of beverages. For example, overly soft water is generally the reason for a bitter tasting coffee, but excessively hard water prevents the aroma from developing, resulting in a bland beverage. That’s why we work with Brita filters, to ensure no water is compromised no matter where in the UK our customers are.
More than just milk
This brings us to milk and not just any milk. The Lavazza coffee to go machine includes a Foam Master, creating artistic layers and unbeatable milk foam quality every time. The consistency and thickness of the foam varies based on which drink selection has been made, offering silky smooth lattes, frothy cappuccinos and everything in between.
Not just coffee
As well as barista style coffees, our drinks to go machine serves Thorntons hot chocolate and Pukka teas. The majority of us already know and love Thorntons for their delicious hot chocolate- recognised by a staggering 92% of consumers^- but perhaps not so many of us know of Pukka tea and their mission to creating a sustainable beverage and improving consumers’ health.
Established in the UK nearly twenty years ago, Pukka produce organic herbal teas, offering over 40 blends, from firm favourites such as mint and ginger to more unique flavours such as matcha and chai. Using insights from latest herbal research and education, means clients can choose between a variety of teas based on their criteria.
