Last week we visited one of our new customer sites, Nisa Egham, to see how they are getting on with their machine and host a sampling day. During the golden morning hours, we served over 100 free hot drinks from their Lavazza Lusso solution to customers and passers-by.
The aim of the day was to raise awareness of the store’s new coffee service to new and existing customers and the day went fantastically well with very positive feedback! A few statistics from the day:
- 73% of customers rated their drink 5 out of 5
- 100% of customers rated the drinks good value for money (normal selling price of £1.80 per cup)
- 100% of customers would recommend Lavazza to a friend
- 100% of customers said they would buy coffee from the machine again
Overall it was a great day and an excellent way to introduce customers to the coffee-to-go facility and familiarise them with the Lavazza brand. We also found the feedback valuable as we are continuously working hard to improve our service and offering.
